It will show the power of transformation of an area after 60 years of decline leading to a more vibrant, sustainable and future proof community. Led by the vision and local community understanding of

The goal is to take a neighborhood corridor which has been known for manufacturing, that has been un and underserved for over 60 years and bring a whole new and vibrant intentionally empowering communities of all income levels forever with housing, workforce and economic development and agricultural use cases.
Along the way, Lanre built an intentional team of environmental specialists, architects, financial advisors, and community advocates, all united by a shared goal: to develop something extraordinary that stands the test of time. What sets us apart is not just what we build but how we build it—by fostering collaboration, championing sustainable practices, and ensuring our work leaves a lasting, positive impact. This project would not be possible without the collective brilliance and hard work of so many talented individuals.
Here’s to creating something meaningful, together.
